RETURN POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s). We guarantee that all new products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. Used items are sold as is and all sales are final. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You can include a separate letter to explain your returning reason with a reference to the RMA number. There will be a 50% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in damaged package. If a shipment is refused at the door or cannot be delivered for whatever reason we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items that are returned . All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Non-Defective items returned shall be issued a Store Credit Only. All Sales are Final. ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE A RMA NUMBER. A 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. International Shipments. Orders that are shipped outside the supplier country might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee. Typographical Errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images. Unless otherwise stated, an image shown , listed or depicted as the item being sold may not always be an accurate image of the item sold. Items are updated regularly by a manufacturer, including the face, casing , decals, name etc. and may differ from the item shown in the listing. If you have concerns that you did not receive the exact item you purchased, email us and we will explain any differences. Replacement is solely at our discretion. All sales are final. Out of Stock Items. Due to the nature of Drop shipping, items can become unavailable during or even after an auction or sale ends. If the item is discontinued you will be given a choice of purchasing another item from one of our e-stores or a full refund. If the item is on back-order it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available, or you can use the return as store credit to purchase a different item.
